The two people you meet at your consultation are the two people who will service your pool for as long as we have the honor. Both of us are fully insured and background-checked, and we are happy to provide documentation of each before we begin.

Discretion is written into our service agreement, not merely promised. We never publish addresses, never photograph anything beyond the pool itself without written permission, and never discuss one household with another. Gate codes and entry instructions are stored securely and known only to the two of us. If your house manager prefers to admit us personally, we will arrange the visit around their schedule.

Not at all, and most of our clients are not. During the consultation we agree on an entry protocol that suits your household, whether that is a gate code, a key with your house manager, or a standing arrangement with staff. We arrive at the same hour each week, secure everything behind us, and confirm our departure with a written note, so you always know the visit happened even when you are away.

The ritual continues exactly as if you were home. Many clients tell us the weekly report is most valuable when they are away, since it carries proof, in numbers and a photograph, that the property is being kept. If you would like the pool brought to a particular standard for your return, tell us the date and it will be waiting for you.

New Orleans weather is part of our service plan, not an exception to it. Signature members receive a dedicated storm response: we are on your property within twenty-four hours of severe weather passing, clearing debris, checking equipment, and rebalancing the water. Essential members are folded into the same response as quickly as the roster allows, always before the next scheduled visit. You will never need to call and ask.

Of course. Your calendar leads and ours follows. Hosting on a Saturday? We will curate the pool on Friday so it is at its absolute best when guests arrive. During the holidays we simply agree the adjusted dates in advance. There is no fee for rescheduling and no limit on how often your household's rhythm takes precedence.

Yes, and this is precisely why we measure rather than guess. Properly balanced water is gentle water: comfortable on skin and eyes, safe for the dog who insists on a swim, and ready for grandchildren the moment they visit. Every product we use is professional grade, stored in sealed cases that leave with us, and dosed to the decimal against that day's readings. If anything ever requires a brief waiting period before swimming, your report will say so plainly.

Memberships are month to month, and you may move between The Essential and The Signature, or step away entirely, with a month's notice. We keep clients by the quality of the water, not the fine print. Founding members also keep their original rate for the life of the membership, whichever tier they hold.
